More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
